01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xk777 platform, including the website, mobile browser interface, sportsbook, casino, slots and all associated features and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies or guidelines published by xk777 from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the xk777 Platform and close your account if one has been opened.

02 Eligibility

To register and use xk777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xk777 operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and xk777 takes its obligations in this regard seriously.
• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or family member of an employee or director of xk777 or any of its affiliated service providers.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the xk777 Platform, you must register a single account. The following rules apply to xk777 account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active xk777 account. You may not register multiple accounts using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods or devices. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be voided.
• Accurate information. You must provide complete, truthful and current information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. xk777 may request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time.
• KYC Verification. Identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") is required before withdrawals above applicable thresholds. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification.
• Password security. You are solely responsible for keeping your xk777 login credentials confidential. You must notify xk777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account closure. xk777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, without prior notice, and to void any pending bets or balances associated with that account where a material breach has occurred.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the xk777 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted methods. Deposits and withdrawals at xk777 may be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and USDT TRC20, subject to availability and applicable minimum and maximum limits.
• Currency. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), except USDT transactions which are processed in USD at prevailing exchange rates where applicable.
• Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit at xk777 is Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Minimum amounts for bank and card methods may differ. Refer to the Cashier for current limits.
• Processing times. Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within minutes of approval on your wallet, but processing times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays outside xk777's control. Withdrawal processing times similarly vary.
• Own funds only. You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. xk777 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts.
• Inactive accounts. xk777 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the Platform. You will receive prior notice before any such fee is applied.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules govern all bets and wagers placed on the xk777 Platform:

• Bet acceptance. A bet is accepted by xk777 only when a bet confirmation reference is issued to your account. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance if the event market has already closed or if a technical error has affected the odds display.
• Odds errors. xk777 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were posted in error, including obvious pricing mistakes. We will notify affected players and return stakes in such cases.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Event cancellation. If an event is cancelled before completion and xk777's rules do not provide for a result to be determined, stakes will be refunded in full. Specific sport rules may apply.
• In-play betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to signal delay and connectivity. xk777 is not responsible for the outcome of bets placed on the basis of information the player may have received ahead of the live data feed updating on the Platform.
• Results finality. All settlement decisions made by xk777 following review of official results and applicable rules are final. Disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the event result being published.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

xk777 may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds promotions and other incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses at xk777 are subject to the following general conditions:

• Specific wagering requirements ("rollover") apply to all bonus funds. You must meet the stated wagering requirement before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Abuse of bonus offers – including but not limited to multi-accounting or structured deposits designed to exploit promotional mechanics – will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
• xk777 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to xk777 support. You may not knowingly use an erroneously credited bonus; doing so may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
• The terms of individual promotions, including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements and expiry periods, are set out in the specific promotion documentation available on the Platform.

07 Responsible Gaming

xk777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming measures are available to every xk777 account holder:

• Deposit limits. You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Changes to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits. You may configure session duration alerts and automatic logout after a specified play period.
• Self-exclusion. You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting xk777 support or using the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit or bet.
• Reality checks. Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent on the Platform are available and encouraged for players who wish to monitor their gaming behaviour.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xk777 Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities
• Participating in match-fixing, collusion or any form of fraud in connection with bets placed on xk777
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment instruments to fund your xk777 account
• Engaging in money laundering or structuring transactions to obscure the origin of funds
• Allowing a minor under 18 to access or use your xk777 account
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security measures, including login authentication and KYC procedures

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the xk777 Platform – including but not limited to the xk777 brand name, logo, software, website design, game interfaces, odds data, text, images and audio-visual material – is the proprietary intellectual property of xk777 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on any xk777 content without the express prior written consent of xk777.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xk777 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform
• Loss of profits, loss of data or loss of betting opportunity resulting from technical failures, network interruptions or scheduled maintenance
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, scores or other data displayed on the Platform that may be subject to delay or inaccuracy
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your own failure to protect your login credentials

Nothing in these Terms shall limit xk777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which xk777 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by xk777's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, the seat of which shall be determined by xk777 in its sole discretion.

Players in Pakistan are reminded that online gaming regulations vary by province and city. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of your participation in the Platform under the laws applicable to you.

12 Amendments to These Terms

xk777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the xk777 Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
